This is an opportunity to join a new department which key responsibility is to valorize Telenet digital media services (online advertising, search engine marketing, streaming media and IDTV walled garden). The candidate will be responsible for the product development of performance based advertising solutions as well as the contribution of this product to the overall Telenet Media turnover.
Responsibilities
- Develop new performance based partnerships, and optimize ROI from existing partnerships such as Google, Ebay, etc ...
- Generate ROI from affiliate marketing programs and other e-commerce and e-sales partners.
- Development and maintenance of an online direct response program including portal-, community-, email- and search engine formats.
- Development and maintenance of a Search Engine Marketing product (SEA and SEO).
- Work closely with vertical sales managers to prospect new customers in their segments and to grow revenues with existing customers.
Requirements:
- Understand the ongoing convergence of Digital media and the ability to adapt to it.
- Understand the dynamics behind web 2.0, “street smart” attitude.
- Work experience in a search engine agency and/or ad server trafficking experience – Adwords Qualified Professional label is a plus.
- Good knowledge of web analytics-, measurement- and ad serving systems is required.
- Good knowledge of the Belgian e-commerce market and (inter)national online affiliate marketing programs.
- Strong analytical skills and passion for analyzing product ROI.
- The ability to work in cross-functional teams and to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Must be extremely well organized, self-starter, high-energy.
- Fluent Dutch, French and English required.
- University degree required.
